Aerial dance class on Wednesday. Aerial dance/ aerial yoga - active practice of movement and meditation. As we move in the air, we will free our senses, our body, and feel a little bit off the ground. We also will relax in the silk bands, and the body will become more flexible and stronger. In these classes, we dance in the air with the help of silk elastic bands (hammocks). Price per month/ 1 time per week is 45eur, payment is made at the studio.
